A poem (of sorts)
Despite the inconvenience
I take some comfort in knowing
That at least my livelihood does not depend
Upon the retail value of a stolen mobile telephone
On a clear day, you can almost see the Mediterranean sea ... but even on a cloudy day, you can smell whatever they're dumping in it these days. Just a blog by a fairy from Oz messin around with the Sabras

what's happening actually ??? you are struggling to pay the rent??
Another phone-jacking? Carp! What's going on?
NB - Thankfully, I'm doing fine. I have my doubts, though, about the junkie who stole my phone.
Jennifer - Truth be told, I don't get it. I didn't think there was that big a market for stolen mobile phones. But I've heard that it's becoming epidemic. All I can say is - if you have the ability to save your phone data, do so. Because the real inconvenience is having to get everyone's numbers again ...
oooh, what a bummer!
I lost my cellphone last winter while snowboarding. I was searching through a forest of a powder snow. I found it, but the moments before, I had simply made my peace with the blessing/curse that is technology.
I`m waiting for my computer to delete my Master`s thesis on the night before it`s due...
Hey bullfighter - back that Masters up as often as you can. I have a friend who's Masters (hard copy back then) was stolen from the boot (trunk) of his car. Which was a bit of a pointless theft from the point of view of the thief, but was a tragedy for my friend. 10 years later, he still hasn't finished his degree (but is due to finish it next semester, finally).
Not fun.
mozy.com offers free internet backups and I can vouch for it. You can schedule them to be done every day, at any time, very usable interface.
